Posting a Job to Third-Party Agencies

The Advertise Tab on a Job Profile includes panels that allow users to post approved jobs to Career Portals, Agencies, Job Boards, Social Distribution, or an Employee Referral Network. This section describes posting a job to one or more agencies from within the system.

If Share With Staffing Agencies is not enabled in your system and you would like to learn more, please reach out to your iCIMS Client Relationship Director or Strategic Account Manager.

Warning: Jobs that have been routed for approval but have not been approved cannot be posted.
Tip: To navigate to a Job Profile, run a Job Quick Search or full search for the desired job.

Posting a Job to Agencies

  1. From the Advertise Tab on the Job Profile, select the Share With Staffing Agencies Panel.
  2. Click the Posting Center button to launch the Staffing Agencies Posting Center. (The Posting Center within the Share With Staffing Agencies Panel will only provide Agency posting options.)
  3. Check the box to the left of each desired agency to select the agencies with which to share the job. When you have selected all desired agencies, click the Save button to save changes.
  • To view accurate Posting Search Results, the Share With Staffing Agencies Panel may require refreshing to display all changes.
  • To leave the Staffing Agencies Posting Center without making changes, click the Cancel button to the lower left.
  • To unpost a job manually from the Staffing Agencies Posting Center, uncheck the checkbox next to the appropriate agency, then click Save.
