Candidate Keyword Search
Scenario: You want to hire a graphic designer. Qualified candidates for this role are proficient in different forms of image and web editing software, and you want to seek them out with specific keywords. You will:
- Search for candidates who have Photoshop experience (and either HTML or FrontPage experience).
- Group the search results first by state and then by city.
Actions:Menu Path: Go to: Search > Person > Candidate
Keywords: Type Photoshop AND (HTML OR FrontPage) in the Keywords field. Set the Type to Boolean.
- Use the Add Group-By button to add State. The selection is Group-Bys > Contact Tab > Default: Addresses > General > State/Province from the list.
- Use the Add Level button, then the Add Group-By icon to add City. The selections is Group-Bys > Contact Tab > Default: Addresses > General > City from the list.
