The searches and reports identified in the Common Searches & Reports article are the most commonly requested, and include the following report. New Hires by StatusScenario: You want to view all of the new hires and group them by their current status. You will:
- Access the New Hires by Status template.
- Add a column showing new hires’ start dates.
Actions:Menu Path: Go to: Search > Onboarding Workflow.
Filters: Select New Hires by Status from the Search Template list. Select the time frame of interest within the Person : Start Date Filter.
Output: Use the Add Column button to add Start Date (this may appear by default). The selection is Columns > Fields (Workflow) Tab > Person > Employee Tab > Start Date.
