Onboard Searches: New Hires Onboarded in Past 7 Days

The searches and reports identified in the Common Searches & Reports article are the most commonly requested, and include the following report. To learn how to run searches and reports in the iCIMS Talent Platform, refer to the Creating a Job Search article. To learn how to save a report for future use, refer to the Saving Search & Output Templates article.

New Hires Onboarded in Past 7 Days

Scenario: You want to view all of the new hires who completed their onboard process in the past 7 days. You will:
  • Search for new hires last in the Onboard Complete status in the past 7 days.
  • Add a column showing new hires’ start dates.

Menu Path: Go to: Search > Onboarding Workflow
Filters: Use the Add Filter button to add Date Last in Onboard Complete. The selection is Filters > Reporting & Advanced Options – Onboarding Workflow Statistics > Date Last in Onboard Complete. Select Past 7 Days from the list.
  1. Remove Progress Bar and Task Progress from the default columns.
  2. Use the Add Column button to add Start Date. The selection is Columns > Fields (Workflow) Tab > Person > Employee Tab >Start Date. This may already be added as a default.
