Overview

iCIMS Social Distribution is an all-in-one social recruiting tool. Social Distribution powers social recruiting on all networks at all levels, from corporate to individual, and leverages all social recruiting approaches.
 
Social Distribution:
  • Powers social recruiting on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and 300+ other networks.
  • Enables recruiting on company Facebook pages as well as individual recruiter and employee accounts.
  • Covers all social recruiting approaches including referral hiring, social media optimization, and automated job publishing, talent networks, and team recruiting.
  • Empowers companies to successfully attract and hire employees in all industries at a fraction of the cost of other approaches.
 The basic workflow is as follows:

About Social Distribution Implementation

Implementing Social Distribution is a very streamlined process that requires little back and forth between your team and iCIMS. It is typically completed during an hour-long implementation call. See below for a high-level overview of the initial Social Distribution implementation.

  1. Your iCIMS Project Resource will reach out to your organization to schedule a conference call.
  2. On the call, your iCIMS Project Resource will create your company account and connect that account to your Career Portal(s).
  3. Also during the call, your iCIMS Project Resource will send your company’s administrator a registration link, which will allow them to quickly register for Social Distribution with a Facebook or LinkedIn account.
  4. Your iCIMS Project Resource will provide you with basic training on using Social Distribution and answer any questions you might have before ending the call.
  5. When the call is over, your implementation is completed on the iCIMS side. Your company’s administrator will take over company maintenance and begin inviting other users to join Social Distribution. About the Admin, Recruiter, and Employee Roles

Social Distribution Admins are typically in charge of ensuring that recruiters and employees are involved in their social recruitment efforts, as the success of your company’s use of Social Distribution relies on its use by company recruiters and employees.
 
Both recruiters and employees have the ability to schedule job posts to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as publish jobs ad hoc to more than 300 other social networks. Invite recruiters and employees to install Social Distribution by sharing your company-specific URL with them or by selecting the Invite button from the main menu bar to invite them by email. See the Inviting and Managing Employees from the Company Tab article for more information on inviting users, as well as adjusting their roles within your company’s instance of Social Distribution.
