OverviewUsing Social Apply, candidates may apply to jobs by creating a new profile or by linking their profile to existing social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google+. When a candidate applies using a social media account, the Candidate Profile within the iCIMS Talent Platform is automatically populated with relevant information from the applicant’s social media profile.
The Social Resume feature allows users to view information from a candidate’s social media profile within the Platform. Although the information provided directly by Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google+ cannot be searched on, the most updated version of the profiles available will be accessible for viewing.

The information extracted from social networks in order to auto-populate candidate applications and/or to generate new Candidate Profiles is based on the fields available within the social networks themselves. The field names displayed below vary because each social network site determines its own field names.
