Connect Searches: Talent Pool Totals

Overview

The searches and reports identified in the Common Searches & Reports article are the most commonly requested, and include the following report. To learn how to run searches and reports in the iCIMS Talent Platform, refer to the Creating a Job Search article. To learn how to save a report for future use, refer to the Saving Search & Output Templates article.

Talent Pool Totals

Scenario: You want to see your Talent Pools and the candidates attached to them. You will:
  • Select the Talent Pool Totals template.

Actions:

Menu Path: Go to: Search > Sourcing Workflow
Keywords:
N/A
Filters: Select the Talent Pool Status Totals Search Template. Do not make further edits.
Output:
Verify the Talent Pool Status Totals Output Template is active. Do not make further edits.


Alternative Report

Filters: If you want to see talent pools with a specific status only, add Folder to the filters section of this search. The selection is Filters > Fields (Workflow) Tab > Talent Pool > Detail Tab > Folder.  Select your desired folder status (such as Active, Inactive, Closed).
Output:
  1. Use Folder as the first level of grouping.  The selection is Group-Bys > Fields (Workflow) Tab > Talent Pool > Detail Tab > Folder.
  2. Click Add Level and then click the Add Group-By icon to add Title as the second level of grouping. The selection is Group-Bys > Fields (Workflow) Tab > Talent Pool > Detail Tab > Title.
