Adding the Question Score Column & Screening Question Column to Recruiting Workflow Results

Overview

Both Job-Related and Person Screening Questions can be easily searched and managed using the iCIMS Talent Platform’s powerful searching and reporting tools, allowing users to quickly find the right candidates. In addition, Screening Question Response Ranking allows users to add a quantitative value to the responses received from candidates, ranking candidates and making their responses easier to navigate through. This article provides information regarding adding the question score column and/or screening question column to recruiting workflow results.

Adding the Question Score Column to Recruiting Workflow Results

  1. Navigate to a Job Profile. On the People Tab, select the By Status grouping and ensure that you are in the Detailed View for that grouping. Then, click the Filters (or Modify Filters) button.
  2. Click the Advanced Search link, located on the top right of the Modify Filters screen.
  3. Select the Show more link (if required) within the Output Template section under Recruit Workflow Search: Output. Then, click the Add Column button.
  4. Type Question Score (Columns > Fields (Workflow) Tab > Question Score). Then click Add Selected to add it as a column.
  5. Click the Search button at the top of the Search Form to view your search results.

Adding the Screening Question Column to Recruiting Workflow Results

    Warning: Screening Question columns apply only to questions available through the Library and not for ad hoc job-specific questions.
    1. Navigate to a Job Profile. On the People Tab, select the By Status grouping and ensure that you are in the Detailed View for that grouping. Then, click the Filters (or Modify Filters) button.
    2. Click the Advanced Search link, located on the top right of the Modify Filters screen.
    3. Select the Show more link (if required) within the Output Template section under Recruit Workflow Search: Output. Then, click the Add Column button.
    4.  Select Job Screening Responses under Columns to expand the list of available questions. Select any screening question(s), and then click Add Selected to add those questions as a column.
      • Tips:
        • Screening questions are listed in alphabetical order based on their Nickname.
        • If a user selects a Screening Question that has not been added this specific job, the column will display without results.
    5. Click the Search button at the top of the Search Form to view your search results.
