Since there is now drag and drop functionality for attachments in email, is there a plan to add this functionality for creating a candidate? It can be cumbersome to have to save the file then upload it.

Hi Pete! We don't currently have drag and drop functionality for resumes on our roadmap, but I've shared your idea with our product teams. Thanks for reaching out!

I see there is a new Federal W-4, which we use and our teams always want to know when we will see it in our system.

Hi Trista!

We are keeping a running tab on updates to all iForms here: https://icimshub.force.com/customer/articles/icare_resource/2017-iForm-Updates

When an iForm is updated, that article will be updated, so you can keep track there. We also should be sending a communication out to our customers regarding the new I9 updates. Hope this helps!

Hi Enrique! These two folders are typically used by organizations to indicate if a specific hiring manager is an active user of the system or not. However, moving someone into the Inactive folder does not have any functional impact (i.e., moving someone into the Inactive folder does not restrict them from logging into the system; to prevent them from logging in to the system, a user admin at your organization would need to remove their login group access separately).

I hope that helps!
