Since there is now drag and drop functionality for attachments in email, is there a plan to add this functionality for creating a candidate? It can be cumbersome to have to save the file then upload it.

Hi Pete! We don't currently have drag and drop functionality for resumes on our roadmap, but I've shared your idea with our product teams. Thanks for reaching out!

I'm looking to re-do my company's dashboards for 2017...start fresh.  I'm looking for great examples that others have created and are willing to share.

A screen shot would be great but also a narative of what's on the dashboard and why the users like it.

it was mention to me about live chat on you career site. We are looking into a company name Engage Customer the website is www.engage.co.

Does anyone work or even heard of them? Is this something iCims can support on the website? Any feedback would be great. Thanks

We figured it out. There was a Excel security patch downloaded on to our PCs last Wednesday. Our IT department backed out the patch and coded it not to update again. Everything works fine now. We get a lot of candidates asking for help. Is there an easy place to point them?

There's a great Learning Clip here:

And if you would like that in article form, it can be found in the Knowledge Base candidate FAQ, here:

Is there a way to indicate if someone is or is not elgible to be rehired in the system?

Hi Laura! As Pete noted above, one way to accomplish this is with a custom field. (For example, a yes/no dropdown called "Eligible for Rehire?") This solution might be handy because your organization's user admin can create the field and configure its permissions as desired. (For more information on creating a new field, see the following Knowledge Base article: https://icimshub.force.com/customer/articles/How_To/Adding-and-Editing-Fields.)

Another way to accomplish this could be with a custom person folder (like "Do Not Rehire"). You'll need to reach out to iCIMS Technical Support for this option, though!

With either solution you choose (custom field or custom folder), the value can be added to recruiting workflow searches so that it's easy to see which former employees are eligible for rehire.

I hope that helps!
