Hi Becky! An iCIMS Technical Support Engineer can configure your organization's Social Distribution account to pull only jobs posted to your external Career Portal(s) if desired. Contact iCIMS Technical Support for assistance if you need to update your Social Distribution setup!

Hi there

I would like to create an RSS feed of my open jobs so that I can post to Buffer and therefore post the jobs out to Twitter, our LinkedIn Company Page, Google+ and Facebook in one go.

Has anyone found a way to generate an RSS feed from iCIMS?

Hi, Shuree! For a quick, high-level look at various Social Distribution metrics, I'd recommend that you (or your Social Distribution Admin) check out the Metrics Dashboard within the Social Distribution application. I think the Sharing and Publishing analytics may be most interesting to you. For more information on the different Social Distribution Analytics available within the Social Distribution application, check out the following Knowledge Base (KB) article: http://icims.force.com/KnowledgeBase/articles/How_To/Social-Distribution-Using-Social-Distribution-Analytics

For tracking the number of hires related to social posts, I'd recommend leveraging the Source Origin field (added in the 15.1 Release) in a Recruiting Workflow Search within the Platform. Using the filter "Source Origin is Social Network Post" will return all candidates who applied to a job after clicking its post on a social network (since the 15.1 Release). (For example, if an employee posted the Technical Writer job to Facebook, and a candidate later clicked that post and applied to it, their Source Origin will be Social Network Post for that job.)
