Hi Emily! You can use the Share Profile feature to share a candidate's resume, any attachments on their profile, and any completed iForms (including any standard application iForms your organization might use). This might not be the whole "application," depending on how your organization uses the Platform.

To do so, follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the candidate's Person or Recruiting Workflow Profile, and then select the Share button, located on the top right of the profile card. (If your organization is using legacy/classic view instead of profile redesign, the Share button will be on the top of the profile.) The Compose Email window will display.
  2. Add your recipient to the email.
  3. Click the Add from file library icon (highlighted below); the Attachments window will display.
  4. Select all desired attachments (including any completed iForms), and then click Add # Attachment(s)
  5. Finish composing your email and click Send

The Compose Email window.

The Add file from file library icon is highlighted above.

I hope that helps!

I would like to post my job adds on Jobillico thanks to Icims Job Advertising. Is it possible to link those 2 tools ? If yes, is there any cost from Icims ?
Or do we have to use tools mentioned on Icims Marketplace (https://marketplace.icims.com/home?custId=3062&persId=583771#!category/6303/6275) ?

Hi Valerie! iCIMS typically performs at least one major release each year along with numerous smaller updates and patches throughout the year. I hope that helps!

Hi Sean! The Answers section is for how-to's or frequently asked questions. If you're not sure of how to configure something, or if the platform can preform a certain action, etc. etc. those types of questions would be great for Answers. Our experts monitor Answers to make sure all of the solutions are correct. It really makes it easier for customers to use the global search.

The Community forums are more for customers to share best practices, share experiences and bounce ideas off of one another. The groups also function to silo conversations - to PEP members or Advocates have different conversations than the standard Best Practices group. We will be adding more groups in the future to further the conversations - one for Connect is going to debut by end of year.

Hope this helps!

Does anyone have a best practice for managing both personal and work email addresses for internal applicants? We would like to keep both as part of their profile, but it seems like there's just space for one email per profile.

Thanks!

How do I add another bucket on my dashboard?  I want to add my own title.  Can this be done?

Thanks,
Marygail

Hi Marygail,

As long as you have the correct permissions to do so, you should have no problem creating and updating panels and widgets on your dashboard! The dashboard is very, very configurable, so I recommend checking out this recorded video if you have the time: https://icimshub.force.com/customer/articles/Chaptered_Video/iCIMS300-Configuring-Your-Dashboard

If you'd rather not watch the whole video,  you can skip around using the chapters listed to the right of the video, or you can review the articles listed below the video.

I hope that helps!
